A 4" scale Bob hides in disguise of a parade dragon.  Vicious 6 gang member Svengence comes on Skates ready for hot pursuit.  The giant Viking has strength and speed, but Bob has cunning and can fit more Minions under his dragon disguise to outwit the enemy.  Bob's colorful costume has multiple linkage points for manual turns and mouth movements.

Blend into a ceremonial parade, elude the enemy and and then sneak up and chomp down on him.
