 Russ Berrie Plush Troll Doll.  He is wearing a shirt that says, "100% Huggable". 

Valentine is a Soft Body Troll, measuring 12" Tall.  Originally from the Russ Berrie in Oakland, NJ, in the 1980's.  Hang tag is still attached.
