2004 DC Batman Unmasking Figure

It's a collectible action figure from Mattel, released as an exclusive for the 2004 San Diego Comic-Con.  The "Unmasking" aspect likely refers to a feature of the 7" action figure itself, perhaps a removable cowl or a visible unmasked head sculpt.

  The visible signatures on the box are attributed to "The Four Horsemen," a renowned group of sculptors and designers responsible for many popular action figures, including those for Mattel.
