Silver Lining must be one of the most beautiful of the Trail of Painted Ponies, a Pegasus with purple hooves and silver wings. Preparing to take flight, this gorgeous horse is both rare and a collector's dream. In Greek mythology Pegasus is regarded as the horse of the Muses, and has always been at the service of poets. The story is told of a handsome youth who jumped on the back of a horse that unfolded the splendor of a mighty set of wings and soared towards the heavens... he can still be seen as the star constellation, Pegasus.

The figurine itself measures approximately 11 1/2" tall, 8" long and 5" wide. The base is 5 1/2" long and 2 1/2" wide.

Includes his original box and packing.
